The Alma PixelRF® is designed for the treatment of stretch marks, scars, wrinkles and aging skin.
Pixel RF® delivers radio frequency by forming multiple micro channels in the skin's surface layers. Thus, thanks to micro-damage, tissue regeneration and visible rejuvenation of the skin of the treated area is possible. The technology is designed for face and body skin resurfacing that ensures visible rejuvenation, smoothing of the skin and reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
Unlike laser systems that work primarily on the surface of the skin to stimulate cell growth, Pixel RF® acts on deep skin layers by radio frequency energy micropulses. What is the Pixel RF-Micro Plasma RF energy procedure and what is it used for?

Is the procedure painful?
During the Pixel RF procedure, patients feel mild pricking and light warming. Then there may be itchiness and feeling like after sunburn on the skin which goes away in a few hours.
What can I expect after the procedure?
Immediately after the procedure you may feel strong skin warming as though after sunburn. You may feel and see swelling for several days. In the first days, your skin may look dry and will need a lot of hydration.
It will look better and fresher within a few days after the procedure, and its condition will improve continuously in the upcoming weeks. The full result will be visible after 4-5 weeks and will continue to clear out more and more with each subsequent procedure to reveal a younger-looking and tighter skin.
